There have been many studies on conflicts surrounding environmental goods. However, there are few studies on the influence of the residents on the movement of the residence. At this point, this study selected a specific area that is perceived to be severely damaged by environmental ashes. In addition, the satisfaction level of residents was measured for the environmental policies of local governments. And furthermore, the influence relation to the residence movement plan was measured. For this, four variables were selected as independent variables: satisfaction with environmental issues, satisfaction with air pollution, satisfaction with fine dust measures, and satisfaction with odor resolution policy. The residence plan was established as a dependent variable. The relationship between independent variables and dependent variables was analyzed. As a result, two hypotheses such as the relationship between the satisfaction of environmental issues and the residence plan, and the relationship between the satisfaction of the atmospheric environment and the residence plan were significant. Two hypotheses were adopted.

환경재(環境財)를 둘러싼 갈등에 관한 연구는 매우 다양하게 이루어져왔지만 주민의 주거이동과의 영향관계에 관한 연구는 거의 없는 시점에서, 본 연구는 환경재의 훼손정도가 매우 심각하다고 인지되고 있는 특정지역을 중심으로 지방자치단체의 환경정책에 대한 일련의 과정과 주민들의 만족정도 그리고 나아가 거주이동계획까지 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 독립변수로는 환경현안 만족도, 대기환경 만족도, 미세먼지 대책 만족도, 악취해결 정책 만족도 등 4가지를 설정하여 거주 지속계획이라는 종속변수에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 총 4가지 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 총 4가지의 가설 중 환경 현안 만족도와 거주 지속 계획 간의 관계, 대기 환경 만족도와 거주 지속 계획 간의 관계 등 2개의 가설이 유의미한 통계수치를 보이면서 채택되었다.
