This study aims at analyzing the satisfaction and achievement of the university students in their training activities in order to make satisfactory training activities that they can voluntarily participate in the program. To improve and activate the training activities for university student, we surveyed and analyzed the satisfaction and achievement after participating the training activities under various variables such as gender, grade, major subject, location, preferred training type and preference. A questionnaire survey was conducted of a sample group including 182 university students and 174 questionnaire were used for study questions. The major statistical methods employed for this analysis included frequency, percentage, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, and Scheffè test was done for a specific comparison between groups when a significant difference was found. Besides, multiple regression analysis was conducted, and the result summary drawn from this study is as follows. Goal achievement and educational satisfaction of training activities were also dependent on the grade and preference. The effect of satisfaction on the achievement personality was different by the preference: a positive preference, safety and safety training; medium preference, leadership; negative preference, program. Additional, the relative effect on the safety achievement was as follows: positive preference, use of training facilities, and safety and safety training. However, the satisfaction in the leadership showed a negative result in the safety achievement.
