This study explored the mediating effects of multicultural competencies in the relationship between leadership and organizational productivity. This study was conducted on 264 students who lectured at C university in Seoul, Korea in the second semester of 2015. Pearson correlation coefficient and median regression analysis were used. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a statistically significant correlation between the facility leadership and organizational productivity. Second, there was a positive correlation between the leadership of the facility and the multicultural competence. Third, the relationship between multicultural competence and organizational productivity was positively correlated. Fourth, multicultural competence has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between leadership and organizational productivity. This study revealed that when the leadership of the day care center is high, the multicultural capacity is strengthened and it also has positive influence on organizational productivity.

본 연구는 보육시설장의 리더십과 조직생산성간의 관계에서 다문화역량의 매개효과 를 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 2015년 2학기에 서울시 C대학교에서 강의를 듣는 보육시설 장 264명을 대상으로 보육시설 조직생산성 향상에 관해 설문조사하였으며, Pearson 상 관계수, 매개회귀분석을 통해 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 시설장리더 십과 조직생산성간의 관계에서는 정적인 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설장리더십과 다문화역량간의 관계에서는 정적인 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화역량과 조직생 산성간의 관계에서는 정적인 상관관계로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육시설장의 리더십과 조직 생산성간의 관계에서 다문화역량이 부분매개효과를 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 는 보육시설장의 리더십이 높을 때 다문화역량이 강화되며 이로 인해 조직생산성에도 긍정적 영향력을 제고한다는 점을 밝혀내었다.
