Filial piety begins with a consultative relationship of parent and child. Therefore filial duty is the worth of bilateral and reciprocal relationship, love and care between family member. The relationship between parents and children exists past and future and everywhere in the world. It should have universality and the value of love which starts from family suppose to be spread and expand till the other people and neighborhood, society and nation, nature. In this context filial duty pursuit of general value as loves neighborhood and society, nation, nature based on family ethics and family love. Essential meaning of biblical filial piety understands the parents as representative of the God. So, it could be understand as God works through the parents. It’s natural children have respect toward parents. Therefore biblical filial piety is the concept of filial piety in the bible that duty of human be obedient to Father God Biblical healing includes psychological ego and emotional ego and spiritual essence. Holistic healing is recovery from physical, psychological, spiritual or social disease(Genesis 1:31). i.e. Healing is concept of recover. The essencial meaning of Holistic healing is recover process from Fallen state to Creation state, from Abnormal state to Normal state, from Pathological state Physiological state, from Broken state to Holistic state, from Disordered state to Ordered state, from Alienated state to Reconciled state, from Disharmony state to Harmonized state. Therefore return to creation state to recover the ordered state is standard for healing. Healing and recover varies with how to define it. Holistic healing recovers not only space environment but also society and human disease to healthy state. In this thesis, define the healing as recover back to healthy state. Focused on developing theory of Christian biblical filial piety and holistic healing based on the bible.

효는 협의적(峽義的)으로 부모와 자식의 관계부터 시작된다. 따라서 효는 가족 구성 원이 서로를 위하고, 각자의 도리를 다하는 쌍무호혜적(雙務互惠的) 가치이고, 서로를 위하는 사랑과 정성이다. 시간적으로는 과거와 미래 그리고 세상 어디에서든 부모와 자 식의 관계는 존재하지만 보편성을 가져야 하며 가정에서 출발한 사랑의 가치를 타인과 이웃, 사회와 국가, 자연에 이르기까지 확대되어야 한다. 이런 맥락에서 효는 가정윤리 와 가족 사랑을 바탕으로 이웃과 사회, 나라와 자연을 사랑하는 인류의 보편적으로 총체적 가치를 추구한다. 성서적 효의 본질적 의미는 부모를 창조주 하나님의 대리자로서 이해하였기에 하나 님은 부모를 통해 창조의 역사를 계속해 나간다는 사고로 이해 할 수 있기 때문에 부모 에 대한 공경심을 갖는다는 것은 너무도 당연하다. 따라서 성서적 효는 성경에 나타난 효를 가리키는 개념으로 하나님 아버지의 뜻에 순종하는 인간의 도리를 가리키는 것으로 이해한다. 성서적 치유는 인간의 정신적인 자아와 감정적인 자아뿐만 아니라 영적인 본질도 포 함된다. 총체적 치유는 신체적, 정신적, 영적, 또는 사회적 질병으로부터의 회복이며 창 조 당시의 사회적 질서와 규율로의 회복이다.(창 1:31) 즉 치유는 회복의 개념으로 이해 된다. 총체적 치유가 갖는 본질적 의미는 “타락된 상태에서 창조의 상태로, 비정상적상 태에서 정상적 상태로, 병리적 상태에서 생리적 상태로, 파괴된 상태에서 온전한 상태 로, 무질서의상태에서 질서의 상태로, 소외된 상태에서 화해의 상태로, 부조화의 상태 (Disharmony state)에서 조화의 상태(Harmonized state)로 회복시키는 과정”으로 이해한다. 따라서 창조의 상태로 되돌려서 모든 질서의 상태로 회복시키는 것이 치유의 기준이 된다. 어떻게 정의하느냐에 따라서 회복과 치유는 달라진다. 총체적 치유는 우주환경뿐 만 아니라 사회와 인간의 육체적 질병까지도 건강한 상태로 회복시키는 것이다. 이 논문 에서는 원래의 건강한 상태로 회복시키는 것을 치유라고 정의해왔고, 이러한 상황을 성 서(Bible)로부터 그리스도인의 성서적 효와 총체적 치유 의식에 대한 이론으로 전개하 는데 주안점을 두었다.
