This study aims to examine the family-leisure the multicultural families have undergone, and to seek the alternatives to activate the family-leisure of the multicultural families based on the previous references of multicultural family. The results of this study show that firstly, the program to improve the perception of leisure is needed. Secondly, the variety of family-leisure programs is required. Thirdly, the education program for understanding multicultural family is needed. Lastly, a study on demands and evaluation for the program should be performed. As the multicultural members participate in this study, the results of this study will contribute to the program focusing on the coherence within the multicultural family. Moreover, this study will be a source to develop the program of social integration in accordance with multiculturalism in Korea.

본 연구는 다문화가정과 여가 관련 학위논문, 학술지논문, 통계자료 등을 유형별, 대상별로 기록된 문헌을 조사, 분석하였다. 본 논문은 다문화가정의 여가실태 및 여 가제약의 문헌고찰을 통해 다문화가정 가족여가 활성화방안을 모색하고자 한다. 문 헌고찰을 통하여 다문화가정의 여가실태 분석하고 여가제약을 최소화 시켜 여가활 동 참여를 극대화하고자 한다. 이는 다문화가정의 가족여가 참여를 증대시켜 가족 간의 응집력을 높이고, 원활한 의사소통에 도움을 줄뿐만 아니라 올바른 관계형성을 통해 가족해체 위기를 극복할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구의 결론으로는 첫째, 여가인식 개선 교육의 필요하다. 둘째, 가족여가 프로그램의 다양화가 요구된다. 셋째, 다 문화이해 교육이 요구된다. 넷째, 프로그램의 수요조사 및 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 다문화가정을 대상으로 함으로써 다문화사회로의 전환에 따른 변화의 흐 름에 발맞추어 다문화가족의 가족응집력 및 사회통합을 위한 프로그램 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
