This article discusses examples of 「N1 ui N2」 and 「N1 no N2」 (in which N1 is a personal noun) that were extracted from literary works and examined. In addition to this, the difference between N1 and N2 connected as 「N1 ui N2」 and 「N1 no N2」 was investigated. The study firstly analyzed the relationship between N1 and N2 based on the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics (2004)’s 『Classified Vocabulary Table』. Next, it compared the cases that did not translate matching「N1 ui N2」and「N1 no N2」and those that did so. It appeared that the cases that were compared are directly attributable to the semantic relationship between N1 and N2. As a result, the occurrence of N2 in Korean-Japanese original works show high appearance rates of 「1.56 body」「1.30 mind」「1.31 language」in both languages. Considering these articles, in both languages, if N1 is the personal noun, it is likely to be linked with N2. However, according to the extent to which the rate of appearance decreases, Korean appears to have more articles of a limited nature, but that are used more frequently than the Japanese articles. The research established that the relationship between N1 and N2 differed when Korean is compared to Japanese. The study succeeded in determining the semantic relationship between selected uses of N1 and N2.

본고는 N1이 사람명사인 경우 「N1의N2」와「N1のN2」의 용례를 문학 작품에서 추출하여 그 대역이 어떻게 되는지를 검토했다. 이로인해「N1의N2」와「N1のN2」로 연결되는 N1과 N2에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살폈다. 우선 국립 국어 연구소(2004)『분류어휘표』에 근거하여 N1과 N2의 연결 경향을 보았다. 다음으로 「N1의N2」와「N1のN2」가 대응하여 번역되지 않은 용례와 대응하여 번역된 용례를 비교하였다. 이 비교한 용례는 N1과 N2의 의미 관계에 직접 기인된다고 생각되는 것이다. 그 결과, 한일의 원작에서의 N2는 두 언어 모두 「1.56신체」「1.30마음」「1.31언어」가 출현율이 높다. 이 항목에서 두 언어 모두 N1이 사람명사인 경우, N2과 연결될 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 하지만 출현율이 내려가는 비율을 보면 한국어가 일본어에 비해 빈번히 사용되는 항목이 한정되어 있다고 보여진다. N1과 N2의 관계에는 한일 간에 차이가 확인 되었다. 또 원작과 번역을 비교하여 몇몇 N1과 N2의 의미 관계를 밝힐 수 있었다.
