The purpose of this study is to construct a reliable and valid questionnaires based on the concept of career value structure by considering the developmental characteristics of secondary school students. This study is to provide basic data for career counseling and collage career counseling for middle and high school students. In order to serve the purpose of this study and answer the questions, a concept of construct was selected by analyzing previous researches and existing work values inventory. The questionnaires were created by examining the suitability of the concept. And to examine the reliability and validity of the developed items, a total of 988 secondary school students were surveyed. Exploratory factor analysis and the conclusions obtained by using SPSS 18.0 statistical processing program are as follows: First, a minimum of 5 items with 10 items of sub-factors based on the concept of career values were needed, however, items 122 and 124 were excluded because they were below factor loadings .30. Second, the reliability coefficient of the factors surveyed in the job value test was over .80, which is satisfactory. The total reliability of the factors was increased when items 81, 106, 114, 13, and 16 were removed, respectively. The results of this research can be used when studying the effects of career counseling programs such as art therapy, collage, and art therapy on the change of work values ​​of secondary school students.

본 연구의 목적은 중ㆍ고등학생들의 진로발달적 특성을 고려한 직업가치관 구성개념에 따른 신뢰롭고 타당한 문항을 제작하고자 한다. 이를 통해 중ㆍ고등학생들의 진로상담 및 콜라주 진로상담에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적과 문제를 해결하기 위해서 선행연구 분석과 기존 직업가치관 검사 도구 분석을 통해 구성개념을 선정하였다. 직업가치관 검사의 구성개념에 대한 적합도 평정을 걸쳐 문항을 개발하였으며, 개발된 문항의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위해서 중ㆍ고등학생 총 988명을 조사하였고, 통계처리 프로그램 SPSS 18.0를 사용하여 탐색적인 요인분석과 신뢰도를 산출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업가치관의 구성개념에 따라 작성된 문항이 하위요인 10개 요인으로 최소 5문항 이상씩 구인되었으며, 구인된 문항 중에서 문항122, 문항 124은 요인 부하량 .30이하로 나타나 제외하였다. 둘째, 직업가치관 검사에 구인된 요인들의 신뢰도 계수는 전체적으로 .80이상으로 양호한 신뢰도 계수를 나타내고 있다. 각 요인 중 문항을 삭제하면, 요인의 전체 신뢰도가 상승되는 문항으로는 문항81, 문항 106, 문항 114, 문항 13, 문항 16으로 나타나 제외하였다. 이러한 연구가 갖는 의의는 미술치료, 콜라주, 예술치료 등의 진로상담 프로그램에서 중ㆍ고등학생들의 직업가치관 변화에 어떤 영향을 주고 있는가에 대한 연구에 활용될 수 있다.
