This study is to investigate the effects of integrative arts therapy on self-understanding and interpersonal relationships. The students visited counseling center in order to solve difficulties such as college adaptation problems and stress of employment problems. The subjects of this study are 41 college students who applied to the P university counseling center. The experimental group consists of 21 students and the control group consists of 20 students. This study was conducted 10 times from April 1, 2017, for 10 weeks. The findings of this study were summarized as follows. First, the integrative arts therapy affects college students' self-understanding. Second, the integrative arts therapy program affects the interpersonal relationships of college students. Therefore, such research shows that the integrative arts therapy program is effective for the self-understanding of college students and the improvement of interpersonal relationships.

본 연구는 상담센터를 내원한 대학생을 대상으로 대학생활 적응 문제와 취업 문제로 인한 스트레스 등의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 통합 예술치료가 자기이해와 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 P대학 상담센터에 내원한 대학생 중 본 프로그램에 지원한 41명을 대상으로 실험 집단 21명, 통제 집단 20명으로 무선 배치하여 2017년 4월 1일부터 10주간 10회에 걸쳐 시행하였다. 자기이해의 측정은 Bowen(1976)의 가족체계이론을 바탕으로 우리나라 현실에 알맞게 수정, 번안한 제석봉(1989)의 자기분화 척도를 사용하였고 대인관계 능력을 측정하기 위해서 Buhrmester 등(1998)이 개발한 대인관계능력검사(Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire)를 김창대와 김수임(1999)이 국내용으로 번안한 것을 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 통합 예술치료가 대학생의 자기 이해에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 통합 예술치료 프로그램이 대학생의 대인관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서의 통합 예술치료 프로그램은 대학생의 자기이해와 대인관계 증진에 효과가 있음을 보여준다.
