This study was done to develop and to evaluate a stress of clinical practice scale for nursing students. Based on a literature review, the first preliminary 40 questions were developed, which content validation by expert reviewers and a pilot study. To evaluate the validity and reliability of this preliminary scale, data were collected from 426 nursing students. Thirty seven items were selected for the final scale, and categorized into 8 factors explaining 66.61% of total variance. The convergent validity and determinant validity were 100.0%, respectively. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the 37 items was .96. The scale developed in this study that can be used to measure the stress with clinical practice of nursing students.

본 연구는 한국 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 측정하는 자가평가도구를 개발하고 평가하기 위해 시행되었다. 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 예비문항을 작성하고 내용타당도 검증과 사전조사를 통하여 40문항의 초기도구 를 개발하였다. 간호대학생 426명을 대상으로 초기도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석한 결과 총 분산은 66.61%로 요인은 총 8개였으며, 최종 문항의 수는 37개였다. 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 전반적 인 부합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 수렴타당도와 변별타당도 검증결과 척도 성공률은 100%였으며 내적일관성 신뢰도로 cronbach's는 .96로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 도구는 향후 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 측 정하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
