This study is to verify that securing supply chain visibility can improve supply chain performance as a countermeasure against environmental uncertainty. Therefore, the relationship between environmental uncertainty, supply chain visibility and supply chain performance is analyzed as follows. First, environmental uncertainty appears to have a positive (+) effect on supply chain visibility, and supply chain visibility has a significant positive (+) effect on supply chain performance. And supply chain visibility were tested to have some mediating effect between environmental uncertainty and supply chain performance. Therefore, it is suggested that, if the uncertainty of the management environment is high from the standpoint of the individual company, it is possible to achieve the supply chain performance ultimately by improving the visibility of the supply chain with other trading companies in other supply chains.

본 연구는 경영 환경 불확실성에 대응하기 위한 방안으로 공급사슬 가시성을 확보하는 것이 공급사슬 성과까지 제고할 수 있다는 것을 검증하는 것이다. 따라서 환경 불확실성과 공급사슬 가시성, 공급사슬성과 간의 관계를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 환경 불확실성은 공급사슬 가시성에 대체로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나며, 공급사슬 가시성은 대부분 공급사슬성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되며, 공급사슬 가시성은 환경 불확실성과 공급사슬성과 사이에서 일부 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검정 되었다. 따라서 개별기업의 입장에서 경영 환경의 불확실성이 높을 경우 공급사슬에서의 다른 거래기업들과 공급사슬 가시성을 제고하는 것이 최종적으로 공급사슬성과도 달성할 수 있다는 것을 제시한다.
