In recent years, fear and anxiety have been increasing in society in general. The public is turning into a way of expressing positive hope and joy against everyday threats. Affected by society and culture, deconstruction is also expressed in a more positive form. This study aimed to identify the social and cultural backgrounds as well as design expression characteristics of deconstruction fashion that is transitioning to the new direction, and to research the intrinsic meanings of positive deconstruction fashion and values pursued by the current changing era. The study method was combined with literature review and case analysis. Positive deconstruction fashion was a new transition from the existing deconstruction fashion to overcome a sense of loss and anxiety, which was originated from the continued negative accidents in the society at large. Deconstruction fashion, which had addressed the social and cultural issues in closed and negative ways, is now transforming itself by expressing fashion in positive, playful and popular ways. The study identified the distinctive characteristics of positive deconstruction fashion, which were different from the existing deconstruction fashion, as ‘the positive and playful direction’, ‘youth culture expression’ and ‘everydayness’. Based on the features, the study contemplated the design features, which have appeared in fashion collections since 2014, in the categories of silhouette, detail, color, material and pattern. In terms of silhouette and detail, ‘everydayness’ was emphasized and color was most expressive of ‘the positive and playful direction’. The material delivered youth culture sensitivity positively, focusing on ‘everydayness’. The patterns playfully delivered somewhat rebellious expressions by emphasizing the ‘youth culture expression’. The present study will contribute to expanding the design of fashion brands and students, and it can be seen that the social and cultural trends lead to a change in the way of expressing fashion even within the same fashion.

최근 각종 부정적인 사건들로 인해 사회 전반적으로 공포와 불안감이 증가하고 있다. 대중들은 이전과다르게 일상의 위협에 대해 긍정과 희망, 즐거움을 표현하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 사회･문화의영향을 받아 해체주의 예술 역시 보다 긍정적인 형태로 변화하여 표현되고 있다. 본 연구는 새로운 방향으로변화하고 있는 긍정적 해체주의 패션의 사회･문화적인 발생배경과 디자인 표현 특성을 밝혀내고, 이를 통해긍정적 해체주의 패션이 가지는 내적의미와 변화하는 현 시대가 추구하는 가치를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌 연구와 사례 분석을 병행하였다. 긍정적 해체주의 패션은 사회 전반적으로 지속되는 부정적인사건으로부터 비롯되는 상실감과 불안감을 극복하는 방식에서 기존 해체주의 패션과 차이를 보이며 새롭게변화하여 등장하였다. 폐쇄적이고 부정적인 방향으로 사회･문화적 문제를 해소했던 기존 해체주의 패션에서 긍정적, 유희적 그리고 대중적인 방향으로 표현하며 해체주의 패션이 변화하고 있다. 우선 기존 해체주의패션의 특성을 기초로 긍정적 해체주의 패션에서 차별적으로 드러나는 특성을 도출한 결과, ‘긍정적･유희적방향성’, ‘유스컬쳐 표현성’, ‘일상성’이 연구되었다. 이러한 긍정적 해체주의 패션의 특성을 토대로 2014년이후의 패션 컬렉션에 나타난 긍정적 해체주의 패션디자인을 실루엣과 디테일, 컬러, 소재, 패턴으로 나누어디자인 특성을 고찰하였다. 실루엣과 디테일 측면에서는 ‘일상성’을 중심으로 강조하였고 컬러에서는 ‘긍정적·유희적 방향성’을 가장 뚜렷하게 표현하였다. 소재는 ‘일상성’을 중심으로 긍정적으로 유스컬쳐 감성을전달하였다. 패턴에서는 ‘유스컬쳐 표현성’을 강조하며 다소 반항적인 표현을 유희적으로 표현하였다. 이 연구는 국내･외 패션 브랜드들과 학생들의 디자인의 폭을 넓히는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 사회･문화적 흐름이 동일한 패션 사조 내에서도 패션의 표현 방법의 변화를 이끌어 낸다는 것을 알 수 있다.
