This study used Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA), index of competitiveness on export, to empirically analyze through theories on international trade whether Korean cosmetics have on Competitiveness export over America. Korea’s items which have over competitiveness America are No. 330520((lines of permanent waving or straightening), No. 330590(hair conditioner, hair cream). Accordingly, it is necessary to target the global export market including America by reinforcing as export-driven items No. 330520((lines of permanent waving or straightening) and No. 330590(hair conditioner, hair cream).
