The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on life satisfaction was the leader type, exercise sustained commitment aimed at university badminton players. The subjects were 167 people in 2016 the university badminton players. Measuring tools of this study is the Coaches Type, Players’ life Satisfaction, Commitment Sustained Exercise questionnaire. Through this process was the following result. First, the effects of club engagement commitment on relationship maintenance was found positive on the emotional commitment, but negative on the computational commitment. However, the results were not statistically significant. Second, the effects of club engagement commitment on continuous club participation was found to have a statistically significant effect on emotional and computational commitment. Third, relationship maintenance also had a statistically significant effect on continuous club participation.

본 연구의 목적은 배드민턴 동호인들을 대상으로 클럽관계몰입이 관계유지 및 클럽 지속적 참가에 미치는 영향 을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2016년 부산외국어학교 총장 배 대회에 참가한 동호인들을 대상으로, 총 270부 의 설문지를 배포하였다. 연구방법은 비확률 표본추출법(non-probability sampling method)중 편의추출법 (convenience sampling)을 사용하였으며, 불성실한 자료를 제외한 총 256부를 활용하여 연구목적에 맞게 자료 처리 한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 클럽관계몰입이 관계유지에 미치는 영향은 정서적 몰입에는 정적인 영향을 보였고, 계산 적 몰입에는 부적인 영향을 보였으나 유의 하지 않았다. 둘째, 클럽관계몰입이 클럽 지속적 참가에 미치는 영향은 정서 적 몰입과 계산적 몰입에서 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계유지가 클럽 지속적 참가에서도 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
