The business ethics of managers is very important in the production of manufactured goods and service. First of all, managers must stand at the head in the quality for the first of quality plan in management. When workers take part in as having a voice in the management, thinking a business and products of one`s own self, the quality and the service improve, customers will be satisfied. As doing so, the business ethics and improvement of quality carry out the productivity, we can realize making a contribution to the cost redution and making a good profit. A manager and a worker must hear the need and the demand at a side of customers, also must manufacture and service as the sprits of a workman with consciousness of moral and ethics.
