A Biblical Outlook on the Connective Leadership

This study investigates the Connective Leadership Model by Jean Lipman-Blumen and its characteristics of accomplishment styles, and presents jaxta positions taken from Jesus style leadership which will eventually suggest a true model of Connective Leadership and practical charts for future leaders. The Connective Leadership Model presents to today`s Korean Society the ideal and imperative paradigm of leadership which is borne out of humility and true sacrifice as in the case of Jesus. Jesus can be seen as the timeless mentor and leader in many instances in the Bible.
