The Purpose of this study is to prepare our financial industry, which is under the weather of the IMF bailout situation, for the boundless competition with the advanced financial institutions, enhance the competitiveness of out domestic financial institutions, and seek the ways to grow and progress. It seeks for the basis of financial environment changes and financial industry and provide financial marketing strategy of this country with the focus on database marketing strategy. In detail, it provides the establishment of database system in the corporate level, operation of cross selling strategy, enhancing the customer loyalty by utilizing the internet and strategy with the telemarketing strategy with the telemarketing.
