This report shows that we analyze our investment into China to detail, find out the difficulties and problems which our companies there face, work out the right way to deal with them, and help them to invest in this area successfully. Considering parent companies not controling their subsidiaries efficiently, we try to work out a way to deal with effective investment strategies by analyzing the uncertainty of China market, unique transactions between them, mutual dependence, and controlling systems. Korean companies` subsidiaries in China does not keep trade relationships with China companies but their parent company when they purchase materials, parts, services etc. In this regard, Korean companies there contrast sharply with other foreign companies. This investment strategy contributes to the increase of Korean export to China. The above mentioned strategy helps them strengthen the development of high-technologies when our industries is being under restructuring.
