The study is to reveal what relationship lies between employee`s perception on their organizational culture and organizational commitment. The study takes a quantitative approach and applied to a set of 591 members in two construction firms. The empirical results are presented as a set of statistical generalizations about the impact of four aspects of an organizational culture on organizational commitment using LISREL 8.03 as an analytic technique. The results of the survey report: First, members who perceived more developmental culture and group culture show higher commitment to their organization and lower intention to leave their organization. Second. there was shown the negative impact between organizational commitment and intention to leave organization. The implications of these findings are discussed for the use of the cultural aspects in the context of strategic change and development program of organizational culture. Developmental culture and group culture are fostered via flexibility in organizational process and empowerment to employees. In particular, this suggests an implication for managers who are interested in diagnosing and managing their organizations` culture so as to enhance organizational commitment or undertake organizational change. In conclusion, the study provide that cultrual aspect is an important dimension of organizational culture that should be taken into account in future research.
