Digital Factory is a technology facilitating effective development and agile production of products via computer models representing physical and logical schema and the behavior of the real factory systems. For the successful digital factory, we propose a MI-NPS(Meta Intelligent - New Production System) technology. MI-NPS technology is integrated of five technology - the essential technology, the industrial engineering analysis technology, the factory automation technology, the information technology and the education technology. For visualization of digital factory, we use 3D simulation tools and process simulation tools. We could obtain the benefit of savings in cost and time in many factory.
