This study aims to establish evaluation models for technological competitiveness of technology based firms and to verify them by the statistics of innovative small and medium firms (herein called as "INNO-BIZ"). To analyze evaluation factors of the evaluation model, variables of INNO-BIZ evaluation model were categorized as follows：innovation activities and commercialization, manager, outcomes of innovation.Through the theoretical research, techno-competitiveness may be defined as technical advancement and market expansion. Three patterns of models were considered in pursue of market expansion.Through Correlation Analysis and Factor Analysis, 23 factors among 114 factors of INNO-BIZ evaluation model were found to be effective. Path Analysis, the optimal model was verified. This analysis implies as such：(1) Technical outcomes derived from innovation activity and commercial outcomes are independently integrated for market expansion connected with innovation system.(2) Outcomes of innovation differ by industries and valuation methodolo -giese and so standardized concept for factors are needed for diversified users.
