The Effect of the KOREA-EU FTA on Productivity of Korean Industry

We tried to investigate the effects of the Korea-EU FTA on the productivity of Korean economy which usually regarded as given. We found that 0.33% point of increase in the productivity which is resulted from the increase in the openness. The productivity will increase by 1.65% point by the increase in the RTA intensity. The total effects of Korean-EU FTA on the Korean productivity will be 1.98% point.
