The purpose of this study is to investigate the key factors influencing characteristics of women entrepreneurs on the managerial performances with environmental uncertainty. This study has been reviewed various theoretical research relating to characteristics of women entrepreneurs, managerial performances and environmental uncertainty. In order to test the proposed model, a total of 115 completed the questionnaire, and we carried out data analysis using SPSS 15.0. The major results of this study as follows. First, need for achievement of women entrepreneurs was influenced positively by customer performance. Second, risk-taking propensity of women entrepreneurs was influenced positively by customer performance and satisfaction. Third, vision of women entrepreneurs was influenced positively by financial performance, customer performance and satisfaction. Fourth, opportunity perception of women entrepreneurs was influenced positively by satisfaction, and identified the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty differences. The results of this study will provide practical implication on success of women entrepreneurs.
