Non-parametric frontier method such as DEA(data envelopment analysis) and Malmquist productivity index are used to measure efficiency and productivity of any organization that uses multiple inputs and generates multiple outputs. This study aims to develop an analysis system for DEA efficiency and Malmquist productivity index. Analysis system was developed in this study is EnPAS(Efficiency and Productivity Analysis System). The DEA analysis engine, developed in this system, supports both the CCR and the BCC model as well as the input-oriented and output-oriented model. Technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency are provided as a result. Also, Malmquist analysis engine, developed in this system, supports both the input-oriented and output-oriented model. It provides five types of index such as technical efficiency change index, technical change index, pure efficiency change index, scale efficiency change index, and malmquist productivity index.
