The accident rate is higher in the small workplace than the large workplace. It is desirable to focus on the small workplace for the disaster prevention activities. The disaster prevention activities for the small workplace are achieved through the private consignment agencies’ technical guidance. but it has exposed many demand of the private consignment agencies’ experts and its effectiveness has been strengthened. The purpose of this study, it is to provide the system improvement plan that the problem can be solved and to present a plan to improve the effectiveness of the proposed system. It is to listen to the opinions of experts and the direction of the study was set up.

대규모사업장에 비해 소규모사업장의 재해율이 상대적으로 높은 편이며 , 그 재해비율이 꾸준히 증가하고 있 다. 이에 전사업장에 대한 재해율을 낮추기 위해서는 소규모사업장에 대한 재해예방활동에 집중할 필요가 있다. 따라 서 본 연구는 1996년부터 도입되어 소규모사업장을 대상으로 시행하고 있는 안전보건분야 민간위탁사업의 종사자들 의 의식조사를 통해 민간위탁사업이 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하고 분석하여 보건안전분야 민간위탁사업의 실효성을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
