PBL classes using web-based e-learning is being used widely since students can pursue self-initiated learning to solve given problems on their own as well as learning through cooperation. Total of 397 copies of questionnaire surveys were distributed and 312 copies wereretrieved in order to research the effect of learning environment and learning operation on the immersion in and satisfaction of learning by the students, with students taking practical course on electronic commerce in the PBL classes used in e-learning as the subjects. This Study aims to examine the effect of classes on practical works in electroniccommerce using PBL on learning environment system and learning operation system, and the relationship between the immersion in learning and satisfaction in learning of the students. As the results of this Study, it was possible to confirm that factors of learning environment system such as learning environment and cooperative work environment, andlearning operation system such as learning operation and design imparted significant effect on immersion in learning and satisfaction of learning by the students.
