This paper is concerning about stories and histories of books and libraries established by Jesuits missionaries in 16th-18th centuries. The paper is divided into three parts. Firstly, the paper give some stories of books that were brought into China from Europe. Concering this, the paper presents why, how, and by whom books were collected. It was N. Trigault who collected books for making a library. Secondly, the paper gives some stories on some history on books that went to Europe. In this regard, Ph. Couplet was a significant person who brought Chinese books that are now preserved in Vatican library. For better investigation, finally, the paper suggests a digital library in name of SINACOPA 1.0 that will include books now preserved in Europe, China and Corea.

이 글은 16-18세기에 유럽에서 중국으로 온 책들과 중국에서 유럽으로 간 책들에 대한 간략한 보고이다. 글은 크게 세 부분으로 나뉜다. 먼저, 유럽에서 중국으로 온 책들이 무슨 목적으로 어떻게 모아졌고 어떤 운명을 거쳤으며, 책들에 대해 중국인들이 어떤 반응을 보였는지를소개한다. 다음으로, 중국에서 유럽으로 간 책들의 운명과 책들에 대해 유럽인들이 보인 반응을아울러 소개한다. 결론적으로 서양고전문헌학의 비교를 통해서 “디지털도서관 (BIBLIOTHECA SINACOPA 1.0)”의 구축을 제안한다.
