Nowadays, healthcare resource distribution has become a worldwide issue. Up to this time, Norman Daniel's approach attempting to integrate the two opposing theories, utilitarianism and deontology, was generally accepted. However, this approach also had its limitations and thus, the need for religious approach in this matter is acutely required. Unfortunately, there has not been any discussions about healthcare resource distribution from Christian view in Korea, unlike the western christianity where continued studies and discussions are actively proceeded. If the church has to play a role as a spiritual institution for society, there is no doubt that the church should state social matters from the Christian point of view. Especially, Christians should take great interest in healthcare resource distribution considering that they have placed importance on issues of life, doing God's righteousness and caring the poor for a considerable time. This manuscript will propose the healthcare resource distribution from the Christian perspective. Firstly, it will examine the philosophical approach of this issue and point out the limitations. Secondly, it will seek specific methodologies of problem-solving from a Christian point of view. Thirdly, it will study the Christian approach that focuses on the introspection of Christian virtue. Finally, it will suggest a contribution from Christian perspectives by comparing each approaches.

보건의료자원의 분배는 세계 각국에서 첨예한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 이에 관한 철학적 접근은 공리주의와 의무론이 대립하는 가운데 최근에는 이 두 이론을 종합한 다니엘즈의 접근이 널리 수용되고 있다. 하지만 다니엘즈의 접근 역시 그 한계를 갖고 있어서 분배 정의에 오랫동안 관심을 가져 온 기독교적 접근의 기여가 절실히 요청되고 있다. 국내에서 보건의료자원의 분배에 대한 기독교적 접근에 대한 논의가 아직까지 본격적으로 진행되지 않고 있는데 비해, 서구 기독교의 경우에는 이 이슈와 관련하여 다양한 논의가 전개되어 왔다. 교회가 사회를 위해 존재하는 영적기관이라면 당연히 사회적으로 중요한 이슈에 대해 기독교적 성찰과 입장을 표명해야 할 것이다. 특히 역사적으로 기독교는 생명과 관련된 이슈, 하나님의 공의와 가난한 자에 대한 돌봄 등 분배 정의 이슈를 중요하게 취급해 왔기 때문이다. 그런 점에서 본고는 보건의료자원 분배에 대한 기독교적 입장을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저, 이 이슈에 관한 철학적 접근과 그 한계를 알아보며; 둘째, 구체적인 해결방법론을 모색하는 기독교적 접근들을 조사하며; 셋째, 기독교적 덕의 성찰에 초점을 두는 기독교적 접근들을 탐구하며; 넷째, 각 접근들의 비교를 통해 기독교적 접근의 기여 방안을 제안한다.
