This article deals with the challenges and troubles of an artificial intelligence era and seeks to find ways to deal with them using proper and authentic attitudes. Absence of solidarity, communication, and leadership eventually brought human beings despair and loss of community, and at last a mechanic revolution that is artificial intelligence has come about. Humans beings created a machine and now fear that it might threaten the future. Our greatest concern now must be to find who we are as creatures of God, know that we are all connected to each other, and form a healthy ecosystem by reclaiming our place before God (Coram Deo). We by nature need each other and communicate with one another through communication and cooperation, so that we can coexist with other creatures. The most dangerous challenge in the circumstance that we now face is a dehumanization. In order to cope with this challenge, we should find our place back as God’s creatures with humility. Andthough it is painful and tough, we need to live with faith in Christ as faithful and authentic beings before God and all creatures. Living with the proper future mind that Howard Gardener talked about and establishing responsible and authentic leadership is crucial. That is, to create our own stories of our faith journeys, seek harmony with others, nourish ourselves to empathize and sympathize with our neighbors’ joy and sadness, and to play in communities with others even in the difficult and exhausting life situations as Daniel Pink asserted. Gardner used five future minds that are disciplined, synthesizing, creating, respecting, and ethical. On top of these minds, Kim, Yong Ki’s pioneering spirit and grit are definitely necessary. Most of all, responsible and authentic leadership can bring a sustainable stability to modern humans who are suffering with fatigue due to lack of insight and meaningfulness in life. This article claims that responsible leadership requires a sacrificial, servant-like, and truthful attitude in life. These attitudes will assist us in coping with uncertainty, loneliness, and miscommunication in the era of artificial intelligence. They will eventually contribute to our strength and form a genuine faith community and healthy ecosystem.

본 연구는 인공지능 시대를 살아내야 하는 현대인의 고뇌를 같이 나누기 위하여 수행되었다. 연대와 소통과 리더십 부재는 결국 공동체의 상실을 가져왔고, 이 와중에 급기야 기계 혁명은 인공지능 개발에 이르렀다. 기 계를 만들어놓고 기계를 두려워하는 지경에 이른 인류가 지닌 최대 관심 은 인간의 인간됨, 특히 하나님 앞에서의 피조물됨을 재인식하고 자기 자리를 찾아감으로써 건강한 생태계를 형성하는 것이다. 결국 모든 생태 계는 서로 연결되어 있으며, 나는 너를 필요로 하고 우리는 상호간 소통 하고 연대하며, 함께 일하는 상생의 길을 모색해야 할 것이다. 인공지능 시대나 디지털 시대나 그것들이 가져다주는 도전은 비인간화에 있으며, 그 비인간화를 극복하는 길은 인간 본연의 자리를 찾아 비록 치열하고 고통스러우나 진실한 인간으로서 세상 속에서 믿음으로 살아내야 하는 것이다. 그리고 함께 살아내기 위하여 미래 시대에 적절한 마인드를 형 성하고, 책임적이고 진정성이 있는 리더십을 확립하는 것이다. 즉, 지성과 감성을 아우르는 디자 인을 창출해내고, 거기에 자신만의 경험이 담긴 이야기를 만들어 내고, 타인과 함께 할 수 있는 조화를 추구하며, 이웃의 아픔과 기쁨을 내 것으로 느끼고 함께 삶을 나누는 공감능력을 키우며, 고단한 삶 속에서라도 웃음을 잃지 않고 함께 즐기며 잘 놀 수 있는 능력 을 함양해야 한다. 이를 위하여 훈련된 마음, 종합하는 마음, 창조하는 마음, 존중하는 마음, 윤리적인 마음을 갖는 것은 매우 중요하다. 여기에 개척정신과 강인한 심력은 금상첨화일 것이다. 무엇보다 표피적인 현대 인의 삶에 진정한 안정을 주는 것은 책임적이고 진정성을 담보한 리더십 이다. 희생과 봉사와 진실함을 가진 리더십은 불확실성과 고독과 불통으 로 대변되는 인공지능 시대의 어려움을 이겨낼 힘을 갖게 하고 진정한 공동체를 이루는 데에 일조할 것이다. 이를 통하여 건강한 교육 생태계 를 형성하게 될 것을 기대한다. 바로 이것이 본 연구의 핵심이다.
