Movie trailers represent a condensed version of a single feature outlining a full-length film. The movie trailers satisfy the needs of various audiences and attract their interest towards the movie. At the same time, it is used as an effective method to attract audiences to movie theaters. For this reason, the importance of movie trailer has gradually increased, and trailer analysis is becoming a necessary process for ensuring its efficient utilization. In this paper, the screen structure and various characteristics are analyzed in Korean movies. The analyzed contents were found to be highly related to the movie theme. The analysis also revealed that various types of typography exposed at the climax of the scene effect and story development can increase interest of the audience. Further analysis of trailers in required in future to increase the value of these analysis results. Also, we expect to formulate an effective strategy for systematic trailer analysis. 논문투고일자 :

영화예고편은 하나의 장편영화를 함축적인 내용으로 간결하고 짧게 단편화하는 것을 의미한다. 또한 영화예고편은다양한 관객들의 요구를 만족시키고 영화에 대한 흥미를 유발하는 동시에 많은 관객들로 하여금 영화관을 찾게 하는수단으로 사용되게 된다. 이러한 이유로 영화예고편에 대한 중요성은 점차적으로 커지고 이를 좀 더 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 부분에서 예고편 분석이 필요로 한다. 이에 본 논문은 흥행한 한국영화를 기반으로 영화 구도와 다양한 특성들을 분석하였다. 분석된 내용들은 영화주제와 연관성이 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났고, 관객들의 흥미유발을 높이기 위해서는 간결한 장면효과와 이야기 전개의 절정부분에서 다양한 타이포그래피들이 노출될 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 분석 결과에 대한 가치를 높이기 위해서는 향후 더욱더 많은 예고편 분석이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 많은 예고편 분석을 통해 체계화되고 효용성 있는 연구자료로 활용되길 기대한다.
