The local people in Kimpo County located in the civilian control line in Kyunggi Province have suffered from the skirmishes, ideology, division, regulation and perilous peace even through they are peace-loving people. The troubled peace and the memory of Jogang, the river of ancestors allow the local people to seek for the peace of the Korean Peninsula.
