The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing happiness of nursing students. Data were collected from 219 nursing students in G city and analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The degree of happiness of nursing students was 27.77±.2.99. Happiness had negative correlations with stress in (r=-.889, p<.001), and positive correlations with Gratitude disposition (r=.335, p<.001), Social support (r=.334, p<.001). Factors that had an influence on happiness included stress(β=-.844, p<.001), gratitude disposition(β=.126, p<.001), grade point average(β=-.083, p=.003), social support,(β=.090, p=.005). These factors explained 84.0% of the variance in nursing students happiness. These results suggest that development of program to improve happiness of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구이 대상자는 G시에 소재한 3개 대학의 간호학과 학생으로 자료수집기간은 2016년 11월 1일부터 11월 20일까지였으며, 최종 219부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 행복감은 27.77±2.99점으로 나타났으며 대상자의 행복감은 스트레스(r=-.889, p<.001)에서 역 상관관계를 나타냈고, 감사성향(r=.335, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=.334, p<.001)에서 정 상관관계를 나타냈다. 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 스트레스(β=-.848, p<.001), 감사성향(β=.126, p<.001), 전 학기 평점(β=-.083, p=.003), 사회적지지(β=.090, p=.005) 순이었으며, 이들 변수의 행복감에 대한 설명력은 84.0%였다. 본 연구를 결과를 통하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
