[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship and mediation effect of mentoring among parents motion support conduct, mentoring and intrinsic motivation of junior golf players leveraging Sobel test. [Method] This research came to the following consequence by analyzing data from 381 junior golf players. Through the purposeful sampling method, including the object players in the final analysis. As for the disposal of collected data, I have used SPSS/PC 18.0 statistics package program for Windows and AMOS 18.0. Certificating individual hypotheses after confirming the certification of the degree of model fitness by handling the data. [Result] The result of this study can be summarized as followings: First, parents motion support conduct were found to have a positive effect statistically on mentoring. Second, parents motion support conduct were found to have a negative effect statistically on intrinsic motivation of junior golf players. Third, mentoring of parents were found to have a positive effect statistically on intrinsic motivation of junior golf players. Forth, closely related to mentoring of parents is motion support conducts and intrinsic motivation statistically. [Conclusion] In its final analysis, mentoring of parents influences on parents motion support conduct and intrinsic motivation of junior golf players and influences on the improvement of the competition skill.

[목적] 이 연구는 청소년 골프선수들에 대한 부모의 운동지원행동과 멘토링 및 내적동기의 관계에 관한 연구모형을 설정한 다음, 현실 적합도가 높은 모형을 도출하고, 이론변수들 간의 관계를 규명하며, 나아가 Sobel test를 활용하여 멘토링의 매개효과를 검증하였다. [방법] 이 연구는 유목적표집법을 이용하여 381명의 표본을 추출하였다. 자료처리는 통계프로그램 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하였으며, 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 운동지원행동은 멘토링에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 운동지원행동은 청소년 골프선수들의 내적동기에 통계적으로 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 멘토링은 청소년 골프선수들의 내적동기에 통계적으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모의 멘토링은 운동지원행동과 내적동기에 통계적으로 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 부모의 멘토 역할은 청소년 골프선수들이 지각하는 부모의 운동지원행동과 내적동기에 중요한 매개적 역할을 함으로써 경기력 향상에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동기유발에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.
