This paper analyses the economic effects of the land logistic policy by using the 2003 and 2008 I/O Table(constant price). The results show that production and value-added induced effects were increased overall, especially the indirect production inducement effects of non-logistics industries were larger than logistics industries and direct value-added inducement effects of logistics industries were larger than non-logistics industries. Import inducement effects were also increased but employment inducement effects were decreased because the existing logistics industries were labor-intensive but current logistics industries are changing for capital-intensive. The effect of land logistics industries is large and the industries contribute to growth of national industries overall.

본 연구는 육상물류산업을 재분류 한 후 2003년과 2008년의 접속불변 산업연관표를 이용하여 각 산업에 미치는 효과를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 육상물류기지 정책이 추진된 이후 생산유발효과와 부가가치유발효과는 전반적으로 상승하였고 특히 생산유발은 간접유발효과(물류외 산업에 대한)가 크고 부가가치유발은 직접유발효과(물류산업에 대한)가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 수입유발효과 또한 전반적으로 상승하였고 고용유발효과는 전반적으로 하락한 것으로 나타났는데 이는 기존의 육상물류산업이 노동집약적 형태를 띄었다가 시스템적 진보로 인하여 저부가가치의 고용이 하락했기 때문으로 판단된다. 육상물류산업은 전반적으로 국내 산업에 미치는 파급효과가 큰 산업으로 판단되며, 물류인프라에 대한 투자는 국가 산업의 전반적인 성장에 큰 기여를 하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
