The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of smoking, drinking and stress on premenstrual syndrome in female college students. From January 19 to March 1, 2017, the 218 data were collected from university students in Jeonnam, who don’t have any parity and uterus disease. Analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test, simple regression analysis with SPSS23. As a result, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between stress and premenstrual syndrome(R2=.155, β= .393, p<.001). But, there was no difference in PMS level according to existence of drinking(or smoking) experience. This study had a meaningful result to figure out factors influencing on female college student PMS and offered basic data for developing premenstrual syndrome care programs and nursing intervention. To manage PMS effectively, it is nessasary to develop Convergence Nursing intervention to reduce stress.

본 연구는 흡연 및 음주 경험과 스트레스가 여대생의 월경전증후군에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행된 비교 서술적 연구이다. 2017년 1월 19일부터 3월 1일까지 전남에 위치한 대학교 여대생 중 산과력과 자궁관련질환이 없는 218명의 여대생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 IBM SPSS 23프로그램을 사용, Mann-Whitney U test, 단순회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 스트레스가 높을수록 월경전증후군이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며(R2=.155, β=.393, p<.001), 흡연 및 음주 경험 여부에 따른 월경전증후군 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여대생의 월경전증후군에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아내고, 관리 프로그램과 간호 중재 개발에 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있으며, 여대생의 월경전증후군을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 융합적 간호중재 개발이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.
