Fathers of today believe that they are spending enough time on child-rearing and cooperating with their wives in their children's education. However, there is still an area that needs more effort-comfortable communication between fathers and daycare centers. As most of the daycare center teachers are female and there is a wide-spread belief that issues about children's education are handled by mothers, there is still not enough communication between fathers and daycare center teachers. When there is an unexpected accident, selfish attitudes that care only about one's own child arise. While understandable, it is still a sad reality, and it is a pity that forming a sense of community is so hard. Understanding the position of family, community, and one's own position inside family and searching for father's specific ways to cooperate in order to understand himself is left as one of many tasks of Small Forest Daycare Center of Cooperating Parents. The type of cooperation to create desirable communities will continue to advance.

현대의 아버지들은 육아에 많은 시간을 할애 하고 부부가 함께 고민하고 협력하고 있다고 생각한 다. 하지만 여전히 남아있는 과제로는 아버지와 어린이집과 편안한 소통을 갖기에는 많은 노력이 필요 하다고 생각된다. 대다수의 보육기관의 교사가 여성이고, 아이에 관한 질문은 어머니를 통해서 가능하 다는 통념으로 아버지와 교사와의 소통 창구를 개발 하는 것이 숙제로 남아있다. 또한 예기치 못한 사 고가 생겼을 때 내 자녀만을 생각하는 이기심은 이해가 되면서도 안타까운 현실이고 진정한 공동체 의식이 쉽게 이루어지지 않는 것이 아쉽다. 아이를 포함한 가족과 공동체 그리고 가정에서의 위치를 깨닫고 자신만을 이해하기위한 아버지만의 협력작업 방법을 모색해야 하는 것이 ‘작은숲부모협동어린 이집’의 많은 과제중 하나로 남아있다. 바람직한 공동체를 만들기 위한 협력작업의 형태는 계속해서 발전해 나갈 것이다.
