The theme of this thesis was the purpose of the tourism center of the Russian Far East to promote the attractiveness of foreign tourists in the border region through the development of tourism resources in the Far East. In this situation,I wanted to hear the voice of the pros and cons, and then there was a final goal to be developed in a big frame of ecotourism when it was developed. Therefore, the relevant authorities have made a positive evaluation on the development of tourism resources through analysis of ecotourism of Russian resource reserves resources. The essay is not to develop UNESCO 's top ten natural heritage in Russia, which has a vast land area, but it is a good idea to select GIS and select it as ecotourism destination. And because Russia has a wide range of land and natural healing phenomenon, it would be better to develop it considering this method. At the conclusion, it is located in Usly Bay, 30 minutes drive from Vladivostok, which is Russia's unique resource. I introduced 'Glass Beach'.Russia, which can develop other areas as an alternative due to the wide nature of the country while healing natural beauty, has a precious mind for nature and will utilize GIS appropriately to find ecotourism and find suitable places for development of tourist attractions in Russia It was a conclusion that it would be better.

본 연구는 러시아 극동지역 관광자원 개발 방안에 대한 연구 발표를 위하여 작성된 것이었다. 논문의 주제는 극동지역의 관광자원개발을 통한 국경지역 국가의 외국인 관광객 유치를 증진시키고자 한다는 러시아 극동지역관광센터의 목적이 내포되어 있었으며, 이러한 현황에서 자국의 관광자원이 우선은 개발되는 것이 타당한지에 대한 찬성의 소리를 듣고 싶어 하였으며, 다음은 개발이 되었을 때 생태관광의 큰 틀에서 개발이 되기를 바라는 최종 목표가 있었다. 이에 본 논자가 발표한 러시아자원보호구역자원의 생태관광 적지분석을 통한 관광자원개발에 대하여 관계당국에서 긍정적인 평가를 내렸었다. 논자가 발표한 핵심은 방대한 국토를 가진 러시아에서 유네스코가 정해놓은 세계10대 자연 유산을 무분별하게 개발하는 것이 아니라 GIS를 적용하여 생태관광 적지선정을 한 후 개발하는 것이 좋은 방향이라 제시했었다. 그리고 러시아는 국토가 넓은 이점을 가지고 있어 자연치유의 현상도 있으므로 이 방법도 고려한 개발을 하는 것이 좋을 듯 하여 결론부분에서 러시아만의 고유한 자원이 된 블라디보스토크에서 자동차로 30분 거리의 우수리베이에 위치한 '글래스 해변'을 소개했다. 우수리베이처럼 자연이 치유해주는 동안 국토가 넓어서 대안으로 다른 지역을 개발할 수 있는 러시아 이지만 자연에 대한 소중한 마음을 가지고 GIS를 적절히 활용하여 생태관광에 나아가 러시아 관광지 개발에 꼭 필요한 적정한 장소를 찾아내어 개발하는 것이 좋을 것이다라는 결론이었다.
