This study attempts to develop and provide an effective festival - linked tourism program by identifying the festival participants' preference for tourism destination through social network analysis, so as to enhance the satisfaction of festival participants and to create synergy with festival effect and to preserve and develop rural area. Questionnaires on the festival participants are conducted in order to develop the consumer - oriented tourism program. The results show that there is a difference between the frequency analysis result and the centrality analysis result of tourist destinations. Thus, it has suggested to use the analysis result of the social network for the study on multiple destinations. The structure of network between tourist sites differ according to demographic characteristics such as age and companions, and there are also differences in network structure depending on festival participation frequency and festival participation purpose. Therefore, this study concludes that the tourism program linked with the festival needs to be developed in consideration of the demographic characteristics and the festival participation environment, and it suggests to develop the basic program and the selection program separately so that the festival participants can enjoy according to their characteristics.

본 연구는 사회 연결망 분석을 통하여 축제 참여자들의 관광목적지 선호도를 파악하고 효율적인 축제 연계관광 프로그램을 개발하여 제공하므로 축제 참여자들의 만족을 높이고 축제 효과와 함께 시너지를 높여 농촌을 보전하고 발전시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적과 수요자 중심의 연계관광 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 축제 참여자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 관광지에 대한 빈도분석 결과와 중심성분석 결과에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 다목적지에 대한 연구는 사회 연결망 분석결과의 활용을 제안하였다. 그리고 관광지 간의 연결망 구조는 인구통계학적 특성인 연령과 동반자에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 축제참여 횟수와 축제참여 목적에 따라서도 연결망 구조에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 축제와 연계된 관광 프로그램은 인구통계학적 특성과 축제참여 환경을 고려하여 개발해야한다는 결론을 제시하면서 축제 참여자들의 특성에 맞게 즐길 수 있도록 기본 프로그램과 선택 프로그램으로 구분하여 개발할 것을 제안하고 있다.
