The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Participation Motivation of University Student Volunteers on Continuance willingness through self-efficiency and leadership living skill. The study conducted a survey and utilized 994 questionnaires to examine these structural relationships. The study demonstrated dual mediating effects through structural equation modeling. This Study have confirmed that the Participation Motivation of University Student Volunteers is not only directly affecting the Continuance willingness of volunteers, but also the mediating effects on each self-efficiency and leadership living skill, and dual mediating effects on self-efficiency and leadership living skill. The study is significant as it used structural equation model and comprehensively analyzed affects of participation motivation of university student volunteers, self-efficiency and leadership living skills on sustainment of volunteers. This study provide practice suggestions as well as future research needs for the management and guidance for volunteer services appropriate for university students.

본 연구는 대학생 자원봉사 참여동기가 자원봉사 지속의지에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감 및 리더십생활기술의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 994명에 대한 설문이 분석에 사용되었으며, 구조방정식 모델링을 통해 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 대학생 자원봉사 참여동기가 지속의지에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 자원봉사 참여동기와 지속의지 간 자기효능감 및 리더십생활기술 각각에 대한 매개효과 및 자기효능감과 리더십생활기술을 경유한 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들이 봉사활동에 지속적으로 참여하도록 하기 위해 대학차원에서 대학생의 자원봉사 참여동기 제고, 자기효능감 및 리더십생활기술 향상을 위한 방안이 마련되어야 함을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 자원봉사 참여동기와 지속의지 간 자기효능감과 리더십생활기술과 같은 내적 변인들을 살펴봄으로써 자원봉사 참여동기와 지속의지간 직접 관계를 넘어 이들 관계에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인 중 자기효능감과 리더십생활기술을 통한 다중매개역할을 살펴보았다는 데 연구의 의의가 있다.
