The thesis serves to establish the children’s principle of Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) by deeply understanding the children of FFWPU. The Children’s Principle of FFWPU, an academic study of children’s principle, can also referred as the True Children’s principle where its children represents the true children of Heavenly Parent. Therefore in order to introspect the Children’s Principle of FFWPU, the thesis first discusses an ideal human being as true children and its suitable characteristics that true children must embody. Furthermore, the thesis discusses ideal family and children’s status and their role within the family. Thus, the subject of ideal family is both true parents and true children. True Children who are raised under True Parent’s love should resemble True Parent and participate in their providential work to fulfill God’s ideal creation and his purpose. In order to do so, true children should develop social imagination where people bond as brothers and sisters centering on True Parent’s as their own parent. Thus include effort to partake in creating Cheon-Ill-Gook and actualize true cosmopolitanism. The Children’s Principle of FFWPU should establish the True Children’s principle through persistent research and enhancement of principle education sessions, workshops, and others.

본 논문은 세계평화통일가정연합의 자녀에 대한 심층적 이해를 말함으로써 세 계평화통일가정연합의 자녀론을 정립하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 세계평화통일가 정연합의 자녀론은 참자녀론이라고 할 수 있다. 세계평화통일가정연합의 자녀론 은 존재론적인 자녀론이라고 할 수 있으며 그에 따라 자녀는 하나님의 참자녀라 야 한다고 정의한다. 따라서 세계평화통일가정연합의 참자녀론을 성찰하기 위해 자녀라면 먼저 이 루어야 할 이상적 인간은 누구인가를 말했고 그에 따라 참자녀가 갖추어야 할 성품을 논하고 있다. 나아가 세계평화통일가정연합의 참자녀론을 살펴보기 위해 서는 이상적 가정을 말하고 이상적 가정에서의 자녀의 위상과 역할을 논하고 있 다. 이상적 가정의 주체는 참부모이며 동시에 참자녀라고 할 수 있다. 참부모의 참사랑으로 양육된 참자녀는 참부모 하나님의 창조이상과 목적을 이 루기 위해 이 땅에 현현한 참부모 메시아를 닮고 그의 섭리에 동참해야 한다. 그 렇게 하기 위해서는 형제자매로서 참자녀의 사회적 상상력을 키워야 한다. 참다 운 사해동포주의를 실현하여 천일국을 이루는데 참여하고 책임을 다해야 하기 때문이다. 세계평화통일가정연합의 자녀론은 참자녀교육의 원리 및 참자녀교육의 과정등의 계속적인 연구를 통해 보완되어 참자녀론을 정립해야 할 것이다.
