Most beginners feel the necessity of improvisation training as a basic training. It helps us to suppress the repression of expressions, to develop imagination, to explore various expressions, to develop the ability to cope with situations in a useful way, and to be able to stay naturally on the stage. These improvisation exercises have been transformed into various forms for various effects and are being used for various purposes in various genres. In this paper, we analyze the effects of improvisation training, which is perceived as a sense through the extension of the cognitive system, on the presence of actors based on the improvised acting training technique of Ruth Zafora 's action theater, I would like to consider the various implications that training techniques give to being an actor. The actor is in a complex state of living the two worlds of fantasy, that is, reality as a human being and role as a play. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to contribute to expressing the existence that recognizes every moment as various attitudes on the stage based on improvisation which is cultivated through sensory training.
