In this paper, I first introduce current studies on artificial intelligence(A.I.) while noticing the problems of moral responsibility with the learning model of artificial intelligence. Secondly, I consider some ways to meet those problems. In chapter Ⅱ, I introduce the ethical issues on the technology of artificial intelligence. In particular, I discuss the ethical issues on autonomous vehicles while noticing the trolley problem. In chapter Ⅲ, I introduce how researches on artificial moral agent have been made progress. In chapter Ⅳ, I introduce the theory of machine learning which is called the neural network theory of learning. The theory is now greatly discussed in the present, which is also well known as Deep Learning. In chapter Ⅴ, I discuss how causal structure modelling is connected to the learning of artificial intelligence. In chapter Ⅵ, I examine the theories of artificial intelligence I have introduced above, and consider how those theories will be evolved in the future. In chapter Ⅶ, I put forth conceptual issues on the technology of artificial intelligence that are worth discussing further in the future.

이 글에서 필자는 우선, 인과와 책임의 관계가 공학의 영역에서 적용되고 실현될 수 있는 인공지능의 학습 모형에 대한 연구의 현황과 그 연구의 한계를 주 목한다. 다음으로, 그 한계를 극복하는 데에 필요한 연구의 방향을 모색한다. Ⅱ 장에서는 인공지능 기술에서 윤리 규범적 문제가 무엇인지를 본다. 특별히 트롤 리 문제를 중심으로 자율운행 자동차에서 비롯될 윤리적 문제가 무엇인지를 검 토한다. Ⅲ장에서는 인공지능 기술에서 윤리적 규범 행위자에 대한 연구가 기술 적으로 얼마나 연구되었는지를 검토한다. Ⅳ장에서는 현재 가장 주목을 받고 있 는 기계 학습(Machine Learning)이 무엇인지를 소개한다. 특별히 신경망 학습 이 론을 통해 딥러닝(Deep Learning)의 구조가 무엇인지를 본다. Ⅴ장에서는 인과 구조 모형이 인공지능의 학습에 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지를 본다. Ⅵ장에서는 앞 장에서 보았던 기존의 연구들을 분석, 평가하고 앞으로 이들 연구가 나아갈 방향을 살펴본다. Ⅶ장에서는 인공지능 기술에서 앞으로 논의가 가능한 개념적, 이론적, 철학적 연구들을 정리한다.
