This study shows forensic technology acceptance attitude of police Crime Scene Investigators(CSIs) in South Korea applying Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). Researchers used usage of the technology and intent to use as defendant variables, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as intervening variables, and commitment, self-efficiency, and personal innovativeness as independent variables. In the result through the Structural Equation Model(SEM), perceived ease of use has positive effect to perceived usefulness that affects intent to use positively. It means that CSIs consider easy technology to be useful. Job commitment has positive effect to intent to use, and personal innovativeness affects usage positively. But, there is no effect between usage and intent to use. In conclusion, new spreading forensic technology needs to be easy, and job commitment and innovativeness need to rise with expertized and practical education. This movement can make CSIs have positive attitude to new forensic technology.

본 연구에서는 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)을 사용하여 우리나라 경찰 과학수사요원들의 법과학 기술에 대한 수용 태도를 알아보았다. 종속변수로는 사용의도와 실제 사용을 선정하였고 매개변수로는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용편리성을 사용하였다. 독립변수로는 몰입, 자기 효능감, 개인의 혁신성 등 개인적 요소들을 사용하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 지각된 사용편리성은 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 지각된 유용성은 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는, 편리하다고 느껴지는 기술이 유용할 것이라고 인식하고 있다는 사실을 보여주고 있다. 업무에 대한 몰입은 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 개인의 혁신성은 실제 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 사용의도가 실제 사용으로 이어지지는 않았다. 결론적으로, 전문적이고 실무적인 교육을 통해서 직무에 대한 몰입과 혁신성을 높이고, 새롭게 보급되는 법과학 기술들을 편리하게 개선하는 것이 과학수사요원들의 법과학 기술 수용을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.
