In recent years, with the spread of perception that the public is a public good that everyone should share, citizens' demands for a pleasant environment and scenery considering the local identity and image are increasing. However, interest in urban design is high, but the issue of practice is now beginning. In this study, the landscape image of Chuncheon city is described by analyzing the exterior color of the apartment, which is the basis of the current color analysis and artificial environment configuration, by selecting natural landscape among the natural environment, historical culture and artificial landscape elements that form the landscape of Chuncheon City. We propose more practical and practical colors through representative landscape color extraction process by landscape elements. In this study, it is expected that the urban environment can be decorated more beautifully and comfortably by suggesting guideline considering comfort, aesthetics, and functionality in order to construct the appearance color environment of the integrated, systematic high - rise apartment in the urban center.

최근 들어 경관은 모든 사람이 공유해야 하는 공공재라는 인식이 확산되면서 경관의 질적 저하를 방지하고 지역의 정체성과 이미지를 고려한 쾌적한 환경과 경관에 대한 시민들의 요구가 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 도시디자인에 대한 관심은 높으나 실천의 문제는 시작이라 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구는 춘천시의 경관을 이루는 자연환경, 역사문화, 인공경관 요소 중 자연경관을 선정하여 현황색채 분석과 인공 환경구성의 기초인 아파트 외관색채를 분석하여 지역의 특색의 조화를 이루는 경관이미지 향상을 모색하고자 하였다. 경관요소별 대표경관 색채 추출 프로세스를 통하여 보다 실질적이고 실용적인 색채를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 통합적이고 체계적인 도심의 고층아파트의 외관색채 환경을 구축하기 위한 쾌적성, 심미성, 기능성 등을 고려한 가이드라인을 제안함으로써 도심환경이 보다 아름답고 쾌적하게 꾸며 질 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
