Young people have made a lot of research about the effectiveness of youth volunteering and participating in various volunteer activities. Through volunteering experience says that raising the toughness of the effects in terms of educational toughness can go home and grow up as a member of society with a filial the purposes of this study. Youth resources by studying the filial piety, filial conduct in accordance with the outreach area youth to ensure the effective aspects of moral personality cultivate a critical time when young people grow into adulthood through the continued participation of volunteer activities and area-specific experience of volunteering analyze the effects of the recognition by comparing it to suggest the future direction of the activation of the youth volunteer program and future development of youth policy.

청소년들이 다양한 자원봉사활동에 참여하면서 청소년자원봉사활동의 효과성에 대하여 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 자원봉사활동 경험을 통하여 인성 교육적 측면에서 효에 대한 인성을 기르고 가정과 사회의 한 일원으로서 성장해 갈 수 있음을 밝히고자함을 이 연구의 목적으로 두고 있다. 청소년자원봉사활동 영역에 따른 효의식, 효행동을 연구함으로써 청소년들이 자원봉사활동의 지속적인 참여를 통하여 청소년이 성인으로　성장하는 중요한　시기에 도덕적 인성함양의 효과적인 측면을 확인하고 자원봉사활동의 영역별 체험에 따른 효 인식을 비교분석하여 청소년 자원봉사활동 프로그램의 활성화와 청소년의 효 인식 확산을 통해 미래 발전적인 청소년정책의 향후 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
