This study was designed to find the structural relationship between coaches autonomy support, team efficacy and team performance in teenage Judo players. To test this, 196 middle and high school Judo players who are registered in Korea Judo Association were sampled. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure modeling analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, teenage Judo coaches’s autonomy support had positive effect on team efficacy. Second, teenage Judo coaches’s autonomy support had positive effect on team performance. Third, teenage Judo players’s team efficacy had positive effect on team performance.

이 연구는 청소년 유도선수들이 지각하는 지도자의 자율성지지와 팀 효능감 및 팀 성과의 관계를 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대한유도회에 등록되어 있는 서울ㆍ경인 지역의 중ㆍ고등학교 유도선수들을 대상으로 판단표 집법을 이용하여 최종 196명의 표본을 추출하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분 석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관분석 및 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 최종 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 유도 선수들이 지각하는 지도자의 자율성지지는 팀 효능감에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 청소년 유도선수들이 지각하는 지도 자의 자율성지지는 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 청소년 유도선수들의 팀 효능감은 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미쳤다.
