The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of healthcare leisure recognition of adults on their psychological happiness and behavioral change characteristics, and provide basic data related to the relationship of happiness change characteristics. In this study, adults aged 20 and older who participated in leisure sport activities in Seoul and Gyeonggido in 2016 were selected based on cluster random sampling and cluster random sampling. For the sampling, first, a sampling framework was created targetting Seoul and Gyeonggido, and then, 500 adults who participated in their local leisure sports were sampled. For data analysis, questionnaire sheets with complete responses were collected, excluding those with inadequate responses, and the valid samples were coded according to a coding guideline, before the data were entered individually into the computer and analyzed by using SPSS Windows 18.0 Version.

본 연구의 목적은 성인의 헬스케어 여가인지가 심리적 행복감 및 행동변화특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 행복 변화특성의 관계를 규명함으로써 향후 기초 자료를 활용할 수 있게 하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구의 대상은 2016년 서울･경기지역의 여가 스포츠 활동 참여 하는 20세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 집락무선표집법(cluster random sampling)을 집락무선표집법(cluster random sampling)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 표본의 추출절차는 서울, 경기 지역을 표집틀(sampling framework)을 작성한 다음 각 지역별 여가 스포츠 참여하는 성인 총 500명의 표본을 추출하였다. 자료분석을 위한 통계처리는 설문지에 대해 응답이 완성된 자료를 회수한 후 이중기입 및 무기입한 자료는 분석대상에서 제외시키고 유효 표본만을 코딩의 지침에 따라 부호화(coding)하여 자료를 컴퓨터에 개별 입력시킨 후 통계 프로그램인 SPSS Windows 18.0 Version을 이용하여 분석목적에 받게 실시하였다.
