Objective : This study aimed to develop a Korean version of Community Participation Indicators (K-CPI), an evaluation tool to measure objectively and subjectively the community participation of the disabled, and to verify its reliability. Methods : The Korean version Community Participation Indicators (CPI) was adapted from the CPI, and its reliability was verified. Following translation, preliminary tests were conducted to confirm understanding of the questionnaires via translation, back translation, and review by the Professional Review Committee. The final draft was confirmed through translation suitability surveys of professionals. Results : Test-retest reliability of the completed K-CPI was investigated in 20 individuals without disabilities, resulting in high reliability (.763~.901). Internal consistency of enfranchisement questionnaires was evaluated in 410 people with disabilities and manifested a high level of .949. Conclusion : This study aimed to complete a Korean version CPI through the adaptation of the CPI as a useful evaluation tool that measured objective and subjective aspects of participation in those with disabilities and to verify its reliability. Based on this study, the K-CPI is expected to be employed in clinical trials as a tool measuring participation.

목적 : 본 연구 목적은 장애인들의 지역사회참여를 객관적, 주관적으로 측정하기 위한 평가도구인 지역사회참 여지표(Community Participation Indicators; CPI)의 한국어판을 개발하고 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다.　 연구방법 : CPI의 번안과정을 통해 한국어판을 완성하고 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 번역, 역번역, 전문검토위원 회의 검토를 거쳐 문항이해도를 확인하기 위한 사전검사를 거쳐 번역본을 완성하였고 전문가집단의 번역 적합성 설문을 통해 최종본을 확정하였다. 또한 완성된 한국어판은 검사-재검사를 실시하고 참여권 문항의 내적 일치도를 구하여 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과 : 완성된 한국어판 지역사회참여지표(Korean-Community Participation Indicators; K-CPI)를 통해 일반인을 대상으로 한 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .763∼.901였고 참여권 문항의 내적일치도는 장애인 410 명을 대상으로 .949로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 CPI의 번안과정을 통해 K-CPI를 완성하고 신뢰도를 검증하여 장애인의 참여에 대한 객관적, 주관적 측면을 측정하는 한국어판 참여 평가도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 K-CPI가 임상 현장에서 참여를 측정하는 도구로 활용되기를 기대한다.
