The purpose of this study is a path modeling study to examine the factors that affect nursing students’ quality of life. Subject consists of 209 nursing students in B City and G City. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0. Variables that directly affect nursing students’ quality of life were physical condition and stress, and the variable that directly affect stress were monthly income and physical condition. In other words, they were more stressed as the monthly income was lower(β=-,067 p=.030) and their physical condition was worse(β=-.109, p=.003), and their quality of life increased as they had sufficient physical condition(β=.083, p=.013) and less stress(β=.-213, p=.001). Based on the results of this study, educational programs to enhance the quality of life in order to improve information support and affectionate support of nursing students should be developed and applied.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 경로모형 연구이다. 연구대상은 B시와 G시에 소재하고 있는 간호학과 재학중인 학생 209명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 과 Amos 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수로는 건강상태, 스트레스였으며, 스트레스에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수는 경제상태, 건강상태로 확인되었다. 즉, 경제상태가 낮을수록(β=-,067 p=.030), 건강상태가 나쁠수록(β=-.109, p=.003) 스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 건강상태가 좋을수록(β=.083, p=.013) 스트레스가 적을수록(β=.-213, p=.001) 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 정보적 지지와 정서적 지지를 고려한 교육프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 하겠다.
