The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among job satisfaction and positive psychological capital and self-leadership in general hospital nurses and to provide the basic data for the development of job satisfaction intervention programs. The data were collected from 120 nurses working in the six general hospital located S and Y city using self-reported questionnaires and April 1 2017 to April 15 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Job satisfaction was found to be in a significant positive correlation with positive psychological capital and self-leadership. The result of the multiple regression indicates that positive psychological capital and self-leadership predict 27.5%(F=23.51, p<.001) of job satisfaction. Therefore it is necessary to develop convergence program to strengthen the job satisfaction of clinical nurses`.

본 연구는 임상간호사의 긍정심리자본, 셀프리더십 및 직무만족의 관계를 파악하고 나아가 직무만족에 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 15일까지 S와 Y시에 소재하고 있는 6개의 중소병원에 근무하는 임상간호사를 대상으로 하였으며, 120부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test 혹은 one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 긍정심리자본과 셀프리더십이었으며 이들의 설명력은 27.5%(F=23.51, p<.001)였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상간호사의 직무만족을 증진시킬 수 있는 융복합적 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
