There are many conflicts among online communities’ users and are diverse types of online communities which have their own conflict managements. Also, there are many users who perceive their online communities useful both in their cyber and in their real life. It is hard to find previous studies explaining the relationships among individual inclination, linguistic habits and conflict managements. Based on these academic concerns this study aims to clarify the effects of jargons and focuses on finding out whether there are considerable relationships among individual inclination, linguistic habits and the types of conflict managements affect the actual community participation. There are significant relationships among jargons, conflict managements, selfishness and personally perceived usefulness. This study also explains whether the usage frequency of jargons online communities would affect the types of management, personally perceived usefulness and communities’ members’ participation.
